.After an comfortable night in the Hotel Springvalley we had a good breakfast in the morning before driving out of the valley. After 23 km we made a stop biside a nice cristate form of a cereus. Also here was a green form of Agave macroacantha. The cold Agave macroacantha ssp.verde. After 9 km we stopped againto find a very nice plant of Agave triangularis. We then take the old road Mex.135 to the South until we reached Coxcatlan then take a side roas to Zoquitlan, here we made two stops and found large plants of Agave macroacantha.

We drive and pass the border of Puebla/Oaxaca by Teotitlan. The sun is still in the skywith a temperature of 35 celcius. At this point we have a breakdown with the "Clutch" So we cant go any faster than 60km an hour. After 142 km we stop by a beautiful Agave potatorum. In the dark we arrive in Telixtlanhuaca not far from Oaxaca where we spend the night. The Red Hotel was no longer a one dollar a night Hotel, that ws all in the past, now you see only many broken mirrors around the beds! But first we have a dinner in Quinta Riviera getting a free bottle of Mezcal after we pay the bill. Bertus now has anothermat to sleep with him on the sofa!
